08:19 AM EDT, 05/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Monte Rosa Therapeutics ( GLUE ) said Thursday it has promoted Sharon Townson to chief scientific officer, Phil Nickson to chief business and legal officer, and Jennifer Champoux to chief operating officer, starting immediately.

Prior to this appointment, Townson had served as the company's chief technology officer. Townson joined Monte Rosa Therapeutics ( GLUE ) from Kymera Therapeutics, where she served as Executive Director of Platform Biology.

Nickson was promoted to Chief Business and Legal Officer from the position of General Counsel. Before Monte Rosa, Nickson spent 10 years at Momenta Pharmaceuticals.

Champoux had previously served as the company's Vice President of Operations until this appointment and held positions at H3 Biomedicine, Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research, and Merck and Array BioPharma.
