08:25 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Montrose Environmental Group ( MEG ) said Tuesday it has acquired Origins Laboratory, a Denver, Colorado-based environmental laboratory.

Financial terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed.

The company will merge Origins into its measurement and analysis segment, Montrose added. Origins will operate as part of the company's enthalpy analytical unit.

Shares of the company were up 2.7% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
