Montrose Environmental Group Acquires Engineering & Technical Associates; Raises Annual Revenue Guidance

11:37 AM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Montrose Environmental Group ( MEG ) said Tuesday it has acquired Engineering & Technical Associates and raised its annual revenue guidance.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Engineering & Technical Associates, an engineering consulting and recruiting company, will join Montrose's assessment, permitting and response segment.

Meanwhile, Montrose said that for full-year 2024, revenue is now projected to be between $690 million and $740 million, compared with the previous outlook of $675 million to $725 million. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $699.4 million.

Shares of Montrose rose 10% in recent trading.
