Montrose Environmental Group Acquires Spirit Environmental for Undisclosed Sum

08:17 AM EDT, 07/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Montrose Environmental Group ( MEG ) said Monday it has acquired Spirit Environmental, which provides air permitting and compliance services.

Spirit Environmental Founder and Chief Executive Brad Herrin and the rest of its senior leadership team will join the consulting and engineering division within Montrose's assessment, permitting and response segment, Montrose said.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
