04:42 PM EDT, 04/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Montrose Environmental Group ( MEG ) said late Tuesday it plans to sell 3 million shares in an underwritten public offering.

Underwriters, including JPMorgan, William Blair and Evercore ISI, will have a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 450,000 shares, according to the company.

The firm said it plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes and growth initiatives.

The company did not disclose the pricing or timing of the offering.
