Moody's Assigns Rating to Fairfax Financial Holdings' Debt Offering

10:46 AM EDT, 03/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Moody's said Wednesday that it has assigned a Baa2 rating to $1 billion of 30-year senior unsecured notes to be issued by Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. ( FRFHF ) .

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.

The rating outlook for Fairfax is unchanged at stable.

Price: 1533.35, Change: +13.20, Percent Change: +0.87
