10:17 AM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Moody's said Friday that it has downgraded the senior unsecured ratings of Enbridge Inc. ( ENB ) and its subsidiaries Enbridge Energy Partners LP, Enbridge Energy Limited Partnership, and Spectra Energy Partners LP to Baa2 from Baa1.

Additionally, the rating agency downgraded the senior unsecured rating of Texas Eastern Transmission LP to Baa1 from A3. Moody's has also affirmed the Prime -2 short-term commercial paper rating of Enbridge (U.S.) Inc.

Moody's changed the outlooks for Enbridge ( ENB ), Enbridge Energy Partners, Enbridge Energy Limited Partnership, Spectra Energy Partners, and Texas Eastern Transmission to stable from negative.
