Moody's Rates Bombardier's New Senior Unsecured Notes

12:42 PM EDT, 03/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Moody's on Friday assigned a B2 rating to Bombardier Inc.'s (BBD-A.TO, BBD-B.TO) proposed senior unsecured notes due 2031.

The company plans to use the proceeds to fund the tender and redemption offers for its notes due in 2026 and 2027.

The company's B2 corporate family rating, B2-PD probability of default rating, SGL-2 speculative grade liquidity rating, B2 senior unsecured notes rating, and stable outlook remain unchanged.

Price: 58.86, Change: -0.01, Percent Change: -0.02
