Moody's to Sell Two Businesses to Fitch Learning

09:40 AM EDT, 08/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Moody's (MCO) has agreed to sell two of its businesses -- Moody's Analytics Learning Solutions and the Canadian Securities Institute -- to Fitch Learning, Fitch Learning said Thursday.

Financial terms of the deal were not provided.

The deal is expected to close in Q4, subject to regulatory approvals.
