08:45 AM EDT, 04/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Moog (MOG.A, MOG.B) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted net earnings Friday of $2.19 per diluted share, up from $1.42 a year earlier.
Three analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.70.
Net sales for the quarter ended March 30 were $930.3 million, up from $836.8 million a year earlier.
Two analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $873.6 million.
For fiscal Q3, the company said it expects adjusted net earnings of $1.60 to $1.80 per diluted share. Three analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $1.82.
For fiscal 2024, Moog said it now expects adjusted diluted net EPS of $7.25, up from its prior outlook of $6.90. Three analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $6.94. Net sales for the fiscal year are expected to be $3.55 billion, up from its prior outlook of $3.50 billion. Three analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $3.51 billion.
Separately, Moog said its board maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.28 per share, payable May 28 to shareholders of record as of May 10.
