Moog's Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Net Sales Rise

08:19 AM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Moog (MOG.A, MOG.B) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Friday of $2.16 per diluted share, up from $2.10 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.77.

Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 28 were $917.3 million, up from $872.1 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $882.4 million.

Moog said it expects fiscal 2025 adjusted diluted EPS of $8.20. Four analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $8.28.

Net sales for the year are expected to be $3.70 billion. Four analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $3.73 billion.

Separately, Moog said it has retained its quarterly dividend at $0.28 per share on the company's class A and class B common stock. The dividend is payable Dec. 6 to shareholders of record on Nov. 21.

Shares of the company were up 3.4% in recent Friday premarket activity.
