08:27 AM EST, 12/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund ( MSDL ) said in a regulatory filing Friday that its board named Chief Administrative Officer Michael Occi as president of the company, effective Jan. 1.

Occi will succeed Jeffrey Levin, who will continue to serve as the company's chief executive, Morgan Stanley Direct Lending said in an 8-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Upon appointment, Occi will step down from his chief administrative role, the business development company said.
