09:39 AM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Morgan Stanley (MS) Investment Management said Tuesday it has agreed to sell its ownership stake in Bayonne Energy Center to Jupiter Energy Investor.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction, which will be executed through investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, is expected to close in Q3, the company said.

Bayonne Energy Center, located in New Jersey, is a 660-megawatt dual-fuel generating facility serving the five boroughs of New York City, Morgan Stanley ( MS ) said.
