09:21 AM EST, 12/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Morgan Stanley's (MS) Morgan Stanley Investment Management division said Friday that it has agreed to sell a 50% stake in Larus Holding, the owner of Hoegh Evi, to funds managed by Igneo Infrastructure Partners.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The division said it will sell its ownership through investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners.

Aequitas will retain the remaining 50% ownership in Larus.
