09:48 AM EDT, 07/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Morgan Stanley's ( MS ) private investing platform, Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, has provided Cover Whale Insurance Solutions with $40 million in equity financing, the insurance company said Monday.

Cover Whale said the investment will allow it to boost investments in its technology platform, analytics, as well as expand its product offerings.

Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital had previously invested in Cover Whale in May of last year with a structured debt instrument, Cover Whale said.
