Morgan Stanley launches $20 billion stock buyback, raises dividend

July 1 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley ( MS ) said on Tuesday

it had re-approved a new $20 billion share repurchase program

and plans to raise its quarterly dividend to $1 per share, after

passing the U.S. Federal Reserve's annual stress test.

The planned dividend increase, up from $0.925, is expected

in the third quarter.
