Morgan Stanley Partners With Torch Clean Energy to Expand Torch Platform

03:53 PM EST, 01/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Morgan Stanley's ( MS ) Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners unit and Torch Clean Energy said Tuesday they are collaborating to improve the Torch platform.

The partnership will enhance Torch Clean Energy's value proposition as a comprehensive development and operations platform, according to the companies.

Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners will provide support to strengthen Torch's construction and operations management, procurement, and project financing capabilities, leveraging its extensive network and platform resources.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

Torch Clean Energy, a US utility-scale solar and storage developer, has expertise in key markets such as the Mid-Atlantic, a data center demand hub, and the solar-rich desert Southwest.
