09:43 AM EST, 12/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Morgan Stanley's ( MS ) global private real estate investment management arm said Wednesday that it has partnered with Brightview Senior Living to acquire eight senior housing communities from Harrison Street.

The 1,186-unit portfolio, which was originally developed by Brightview, spans Baltimore, Philadelphia, Providence, and Boston metropolitan areas. Brightview will continue operating the communities, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing said.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.
