Morguard North American REIT Declares March Distribution of $0.06333 Per Unit

11:08 AM EDT, 03/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (MRG-UN.TO) on Friday declared a distribution of $0.06333 per unit for the month of March, unchanged from the prior month.

The company said the distribution is payable on April 15 to unitholders of record as at March 31.

Units of the company were last seen up $0.24 to $17.17 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Price: 17.17, Change: +0.24, Percent Change: +1.42
