09:58 AM EST, 03/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Morningstar ( MORN ) said Tuesday that it has acquired private credit portfolio monitoring and management platform Lumonic, and Dealview Technologies, a provider of commercial mortgage-backed security and global collateralized loan obligation data.

The company closed its acquisition of Lumonic on Monday, and closed its Dealview deal on Saturday. Financial terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.

Morningstar ( MORN ) said the acquisitions are intended to bolster its private credit and structured finance services.
