MorphoSys Set to Delist Following Acquisition by Novartis

04:07 AM EDT, 06/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MorphoSys ( MOR ) said early Thursday it entered into a delisting agreement following the closing of its acquisition by Novartis ( NVS ) in May.

The companies intend to merge MorphoSys ( MOR ) into Novartis ( NVS ) by "initiating a squeeze-out of MorphoSys' ( MOR ) minority shareholders."

As of June 20, Novartis ( NVS ) holds about 91% of MorphoSys ( MOR ) total share capital.
