Most nations failing women in COVID-19 response, says UN study

From healthcare to grocery stores to shopping malls, women make up most of the front-line workforce that is braving the pandemic to keep the wheels of the economy in motion. But, a latest study by the United Nations, supported by the Gates Foundation, shows that men have a disproportionately higher representation in the decision making process across many developed and developing economies.

The study shows that men are at the center of most of the global media coverage and issues concerning women are getting relegated.
