Motorola Solutions to Acquire Bell Canada Unit's Land Mobile Radio Networks Services for $486.9 Million

05:23 PM EDT, 03/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Motorola Solutions ( MSI ) agreed to buy the land mobile radio networks services business from Bell Mobility, the wireless subsidiary of Bell Canada and its parent BCE (BCE), for CA$675 million ($486.9 million).

The deal is expected to close in Q4, the companies said Thursday in a statement.
