Mountain Crest Acquisition Receives Nasdaq Non-Compliance Notice

05:26 AM EDT, 07/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mountain Crest Acquisition Corp said late Wednesday it received a notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market indicating non-compliance with listing rules due to the delayed filing of its annual report on Form 10-K for last year.

Under Nasdaq rules, the company has until Sept 2 to submit a plan to regain compliance.

The company said it intends to promptly file Form 10-K and Form 10-Q or submit a compliance plan to Nasdaq.
