04:43 PM EDT, 08/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Movano (MOVE) said Friday it received a notification from Nasdaq stating it was not in compliance with listing rules as it had not yet filed Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30.

The Form 10-Q to be filed to the US Securities and Exchange Commission was due on August 14.

The notice follows the company's appeal on Tuesday for an earlier delisting decision from the exchange, for failing to maintain the minimum bid price requirement.
