NEW YORK, Nov 26 (Reuters) - Citigroup ( C/PN ) announced
on Tuesday it is hiring Kate Moore as its new wealth division's
chief investment officer.
Moore is expected to join in February from BlackRock ( BLK )
, where she was most recently portfolio manager and
served as head of thematic strategy for the allocation business,
according to a memo to employees signed by the head of
Citigroup's ( C/PN ) wealth division, Andy Sieg.
The executive has also been chief investment strategist for
JPMorgan Chase's ( JPM ) private bank and held positions at
Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley ( MS ). She will replace Steven
Wieting, interim CIO since David Bailin's resignation last year.
