MPLX to Acquire Northwind Midstream for $2.38 Billion

07:42 AM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MPLX LP ( MPLX ) said Thursday it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Northwind Midstream for about $2.38 billion in cash, subject to customary purchase price adjustments.

The deal is expected to close in Q3, the company said.
