04:23 AM EDT, 07/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mr. Cooper Group ( COOP ) said late Monday it priced an offering by its Nationstar Mortgage Holdings subsidiary of $750 million of its 6.5% senior notes due 2029.

The company plans to use the net proceeds for debt repayments.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or around Thursday, subject to customary closing conditions.
