08:59 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MSCI ( MSCI ) said Monday that CD Baer Petti will retire next year as president and chief operating officer, and a member of the board of directors.

Petti will continue to serve as president and a director until March 1, and will remain as an advisor to the company for a period of time, the company said.

Following Petti's retirement, Henry Fernandez will reassume the president title, in addition to his current roles as chairman and chief executive, MSCI ( MSCI ) added.
