12:22 PM EDT, 05/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MSCI ( MSCI ) and Intapp ( INTA ) said Wednesday they signed a memorandum of understanding to form a partnership that will provide professionals with improved private capital market intelligence.

The planned collaboration will make MSCI's ( MSCI ) private capital, real asset and deal data available directly within Intapp's ( INTA ) DealCloud deal and relationship management platform, the companies said.

They said streamlined access to market intelligence within DealCloud will enhance transparency, improve the availability of sourcing and origination-related data, and increase the analytical rigor of investment decisions.

The companies said they are working on a final agreement after which MSCI's ( MSCI ) data will become available on DealCloud in the coming months.
