10:31 AM EDT, 05/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MSCI ( MSCI ) said Monday that Moody's has upgraded its senior unsecured notes and senior unsecured bank credit facility ratings to an investment-grade rating of 'Baa3' from 'Ba1'.

The outlook was changed to stable from positive, MSCI ( MSCI ) said.

MSCI ( MSCI ) shares were rising 1.1% in recent trading.
