Aura Minerals Inc. ( AUGO ) announced its intention to commence an application for a voluntary delisting of its common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange. It said the delisting and proposed timing of it remain subject to: review and approval from the TSX, and approval in Brazil for a change in the underlying securities of the company's BDRs from common shares held on CDS on TSX to common shares listed on Nasdaq.
Nevada Gold Mines (NGM) -- operated by Barrick Mining ( B ) and a joint venture between Barrick (61.5%) and Newmont ( NEM ) (38.5%) -- and Komatsu officially launched a partnership to elevate workplace safety and enhance operational efficiency through the deployment of Komatsu's FrontRunner Autonomous Haulage System (AHS). A statement noted NGM will be automating their fleet of 300 and 230 tonne haul trucks across their surface operations. The collaboration marks the first implementation of the system for both companies within the United States.
Descartes Systems Group ( DSGX ) , a global player in uniting logistics-intensive businesses in commerce, announced that it has acquired Finale Inventory, a U.S.-based provider of cloud-based inventory management solutions. Descartes acquired Finale for up-front consideration of approximately US$40 million satisfied with cash on hand, plus potential performance-based consideration. The maximum amount payable under the all-cash performance-based earn-out is US$15 million, based on the combined business achieving revenue-based targets in each of the first two years post-acquisition. Any earn-out is expected to be paid in fiscal 2027 and fiscal 2028.

GreenPower Motor Company Inc. The contract is the result of an award made by the state under an RFP published in May.
Mogo Inc. ( MOGO ) said on August 1, 2025, Mogo ( MOGO ), through its wholly owned subsidiary Mogo Financial Inc., disposed of 40 million WonderFi ( WONDF ) shares by way of private agreement. As a result of the sale transaction, Mogo's ( MOGO ) holdings in WonderFi ( WONDF ) decreased to less than 10% of the issued and outstanding WonderFi Shares.
InPlay Oil Corp. ( IPOOF ) announced that Obsidian Energy Ltd. ( OBE ) has entered into a definitive agreement with Delek Group Ltd. in respect of the sale of all 9,139,784 common shares in the capital of InPlay currently held by Obsidian. The transaction is expected to occur in the first half of August 2025 and remains subject to customary conditions to closing.
