05:02 PM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MTL Cannabis ( MTLNF ) Thursday said it swung to a profit in its fiscal first quarter on higher sales.

The company said it earned $2.21 million in the quarter ended June 30, compared to a year-prior loss of $0.18 million.

Revenue rose to $25.84 million from $16.86 million.
