04:56 PM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- M-tron Industries ( MPTI ) said late Wednesday it appointed Cameron Pforr as chief financial officer, effective Oct. 3.

Pforr previously served as president and CFO of IronNet.

M-tron also said it expects to meet or exceed its fiscal 2024 revenue guidance of $46 million to $48 million.

A single analyst polled by Capital IQ expects $47.8 million.
