12:27 PM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Gary S Gladstein, Director, on May 31, 2024, sold 6,000 shares in Mueller Industries ( MLI ) for $353,244. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Gladstein has control over a total of 300,317 shares of the company, with 10,111 shares held directly and 290,206 controlled indirectly.
