08:50 AM EDT, 04/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mueller Industries ( MLI ) said Monday it has agreed to acquire Nehring Electrical Works and certain of its affiliates for about $575 million in cash.

The transaction, expected to close in Q2, includes an additional $25 million earn out, the company said.

The acquisition is expected to provide a platform for long-term growth in the electrical and power infrastructure space and complement the other critical infrastructure that Mueller supports.
