Mullen Buys Battery Line Equipment From Nikola

12:07 PM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mullen Automotive ( MULN ) said Thursday it purchased additional battery line equipment from Nikola ( NKLA ) for its battery operations in Fullerton, California.

Mullen said the recently purchased Nikola ( NKLA ) assets include a high-volume standard battery chemistry production line. The Fullerton facility produces battery packs, modules and advanced solid-state polymers, the electric vehicle manufacturer said.

Mullen shares were down over 8% in recent trading, while Nikola ( NKLA ) rose more than 7%.
