MultiSensor AI Closes $11.5 Million Public Offering

04:41 AM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MultiSensor AI Holdings ( MSAI ) said Monday it has closed a public offering of about 6.3 million common shares priced at $1.60 per share for gross proceeds of $11.5 million.

Underwriters fully exercised their overallotment option of up to 937,500 additional shares.

Net proceeds from the offering are intended for working capital and general corporate purposes, the company said.

Price: 1.6216, Change: -0.01, Percent Change: -0.82
