08:09 AM EST, 01/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MultiSensor AI ( MSAI ) said late Monday it promoted Vice President and Controller Robert Nadolny to serve as chief financial officer.

The supplier of multi-sensor systems said Chief Financial Officer Peter Baird will transition to the role of chief commercial officer.

MultiSensor AI ( MSAI ) also said Steve Winch will step down from his role as president but will continue to serve on the company's board of directors.

Shares were up 87% in recent premarket activity.
