01:45 PM EDT, 10/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mundoro Capital ( MUNMF ) shares were last seen up 8% on Friday after it said it will raise up to $1.5 million in a non-brokered private placement.

The company said it will place up to 5.8-million shares priced at at $0.26 in the financing.

"Strategic lead orders from existing shareholders demonstrate strong confidence in the vompany's business model," Mundoro said in a statement.

Proceeds will be used to expand the generative program in the Western United States, specifically targeting copper opportunities, and as general working capital. The offering is expected to close on or about October 31.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.02 at $0.27 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
