Muzero Acquisition Closes Initial Public Offering

05:56 PM EST, 02/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Muzero Acquisition ( MUZEU ) said Monday it closed its initial public offering of over 20.1 million units, including the full exercise of an over-allotment option, at $10 apiece, raising about $201.3 million.

The units began trading on Nasdaq on Jan. 30.
