12:38 PM EST, 03/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MyMD Pharmaceuticals ( MYMD ) on Tuesday said it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid listing requirement.

The company fell out of compliance with Nasdaq's listing requirement last year after its shares failed to meet a closing bid price of $1 or more for 30 consecutive business days.
