Mynaric Says Stefan Berndt von-Bulow Steps Down From CFO Role

05:12 AM EDT, 08/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mynaric AG ( MYNA ) said Tuesday that chief financial officer Stefan Berndt von-Bulow has left the company for "personal reasons".

Current management team members, Mustafa Veziroglu and Joachim Horwath, will assume the duties of the CFO in the interim while the company conducts a global search for a new CFO, the company said.

Berndt von-Bulow had served as the company's CFO since 2020.
