05:59 PM EDT, 04/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mynd.ai ( MYND ) said late Wednesday that its Chief Executive Officer Vin Riera will step down from the CEO role and also from the board, effective April 11.

The company said Chief Financial Officer Arthur Giterman will succeed Riera as CEO and board member. He will continue to serve as CFO and will work with the board to find a successor.
