08:25 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mynd.ai ( MYND ) said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire an artificial intelligence voice and remote-control technology that allows voice and remote control of personal computers and Macs with just a remote control, a USB receiver and a browser extension.

The deal to acquire all of the software, patents, trademarks, know-how and other intellectual property related to the technology is expected to close in Q3, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Mynd.ai ( MYND ) shares were up over 5% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
