09:24 AM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Myriad Genetics ( MYGN ) said Monday that it has appointed Ben Wheeler as chief financial officer, effective Aug. 16.

Wheeler, who has been Myriad's CFO for operations since 2022, will succeed Scott Leffler, the company said.

Leffler will remain with the company in a consulting role serving the CEO and the board of directors through Sept. 2, Myriad said.

The company said it is reaffirming its 2025 financial guidance, which it released on Aug. 5.
