01:26 PM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Myriad Uranium ( MYRUF ) shares fell 8% on Tuesday after it increased the size of a bought-deal private placement to $7.5 million from $6 million.
The company is selling an underwriting syndicate 18.8-million units at $0.40 apiece and made up of a share and a three-year warrant to buy a share for $0.60.
The company also granted the underwriters an over-allotment option of up to 6.3-million units.
Proceeds will be used towards the exploration and advancement of its Copper Mountain Uranium Project in Wyoming, U.S. and the Red Basin Project in New Mexico, and for general corporate and working capital needs. Closing of the offering is scheduled on November 13.
Shares of the company were last seen down $0.03 to $0.345 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
