09:10 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Domain registrar NameSilo Technologies ( URLOF ) said Tuesday that its subsidiary NameSilo LLC has acquired 100% of ShortURL.at, one of the most highly ranked platforms in the global link shortening space.

As part of the integration, NameSilo ( URLOF ) will bring its domain and DNS infrastructure to ShortURL, enabling custom short links on user-owned or NameSilo ( URLOF )-managed domains. A new branded link platform is scheduled for release within the next two weeks.

"This acquisition aligns perfectly with our long-term product roadmap," said Kristaps Ronka, CEO of NameSilo ( URLOF ). "It allows us to pair a popular consumer tool with our backend expertise in domain management, while creating new monetization pathways through branded short links and enterprise-grade customization."

Meanwhile, NameSilo ( URLOF ) appointed Dan Milic to its board. Milic is the founder of Inference Point, a Canada-focused investment research and advisory firm.

NameSilo's ( URLOF ) share price fell 4.3% on Monday to $1.45 on the CSE.
