SewerVUE has pioneered large-diameter pipe inspection technology with innovations such as pipe-penetrating radar and multi-sensor inspections to ensure their partners and clients have comprehensive data to make appropriate decisions for maintaining critical infrastructure.

The company services municipalities, mining companies and engineering firms.

Closing of the acquisition is subject to the satisfaction of conditions.

NameSilo ( URLOF ) closed up $0.06 at $1.43 on the Canadian Securities Exchange Thursday.
