08:00 AM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Namib Minerals ( NAMM ) filed a prospectus Thursday for the sale of up to about 87.5 million common shares and up to 7.2 million warrants that are being sold by certain selling shareholders.

The company said the prospectus also covers its issuance of up to 18.6 million common shares in connection with previously issued warrants.

Namib Minerals ( NAMM ) said it will receive the proceeds from the exercise of these warrants.
